And traditional excursions for employees' children and members of their families have become one more step to achieve this goal. Children already know that their fathers and mothers work at a high-technology and up-to-date production company but it's much more interesting to see it personally. By the way, such excursion at Ural Spring Plant is recognized to be the most interesting and informative among pupils who visit the city enterprises on the basis of a program of occupational guidance realized by the employment centre. And of course, it is important for employees' children many of whom view themselves as a part of such production company today and choose school subjects which will be required to work exactly here. And children are suggested to get acquainted with various disciplines and professions in demand at USP. Obligatory places to visit are workshops and production areas which vividly demonstrate up-to-date operating methods. It's also interesting for children to visit a plant office because some of them will choose a managerial path. Even auxiliary rooms, a dining room, a laundry and other places that create comfortable conditions for working and resting impressed everybody. And of course, the visitors were glad to take part in a business game arranged by the enterprise specialists for them and in a tea-party where they could share their impressions and build plans for the future. The excursive was not only informative but also gave a lot of positive emotions and new unforgettable impressions to children.
