On 25th of July, 2018, the "Open Day for my Family" was arranged at "Ural Spring Plant" LLC. Special visitors - relatives of the employees - have become the guests of the arrangement. The first stage of the excursion was a central office of the enterprise, where the guests were greeted by the General Director, Denis Lukmanov. Having found themselves in a spacious conference hall, the visitors have been acquainted with labor protection and safety rules and received personal protective gear to visit a production area. The General Director told them about the enterprise activity, strategy and mission and afterwards suggested playing a business game. Having played the game, everybody who wanted was able to address their questions to the General Director and to have a talk in an informal manner. The excursion included a unique possibility to take on the role of an enterprise leader. Everybody who wished could participate in a photo session in an office-room of the General Director and to sit at his working table. Than the excursion continued at the production shop, the guests were curious to have a look at the equipment and production processes. Afterwards, a laundry, a laboratory for cyclic testing were shown to the visitors, as well as a dining room where hot tea and tasty food had been already prepared for the guests. At the end of the excursion, most of the participants, being under a great impression from what they had seen, asked to make such meetings regular and received a positive reply. The most important thing here is that the relatives of the employees were able to see where and under what conditions their nearest and dearest work. Traditions must start from something, and the foundation of a good tradition has been laid.
